Our brief history begins in 2020, when we acquired the property that would later become the heart of our project: GG Farms, located in the mountains of Peñuelas, Puerto Rico. From day one, we set out to transform the land with our own hands, clearing, planting, and preparing each space to turn it into a functional and sustainable farm. With dedication, we began planting our first coffee plants, selecting varieties that were adapted to the climate and soil of our area. We implemented responsible agricultural practices, such as the use of organic fertilizer, maintaining natural shade, and manually managing weeds, always prioritizing respect for the land and the environment. From this effort, GG Coffee Brew Co. was born, a brand that represents much more than a cup of coffee. It is the result of agricultural labor done with love, a commitment to our farm, and the desire to offer an authentic, native, fresh product with a Puerto Rican identity. Every bean we roast is part of a story that began in the earth... and that reaches your cup today.
